Transport and return policy

Mini Mondo Srl delivers in Romania by courier and worldwide by the Romanian
National Postal service or DPD Courier. The packages will be sent to the address mentioned in the registration form provided by our website or to the one indicated during the order submission procedure.

In Timișoara, the products can be delivered through Cargus (the shipping is free) or they can be personally picked up from our workshop at Stan Vidrighin Street, Incaltamintea SA building, 1st floor, from Monday to Friday, 7 a.m - 3:30 p.m.


In Europe we have free shipping with DPD Courier, for orders above 1000 RON. For orders below 1000 RON, the shipping fee is 40 RON.

In Romania we deliver free of charge through Cargus (within their network), for orders above 250 RON.


For international orders, please follow these steps:


- choose pay by card/ wire transfer

- choose International Transport (Europe)

- the transport for orders below 1000 RON is 40 RON


For other cities within Romania, the delivery can be made:

-    with prepayment, through Cargus – 8 RON (for cities within their network)

-    with cash on delivery, through Cargus – 11 RON (for cities within their network)




International orders are sent only after confirmed prepayment, which can be made as follows:

1.     By credit card through Mobilpay payment processor (accepted cards are Mastercard, Visa, VisaElectron, Maestro). To pay by credit card just tick the appropriate box at checkout and you will be directed to mobilpay.ro platform.

2.     Through bank transfer (online banking) or through payment order (P/O) to your bank, against an invoice that you will receive by e-mail. Once the payment is acknowledged, we will deliver the package.

All the prices on the website are expressed in RON, 19% VAT included.


The package will be delivered within 1-2 working days as from the order submission/payment acknowledgement. For large orders (above 15 pairs), we need 2-5 working days to arrange the delivery, depending on the number of shoes. With the National Postal Service, the posting will take approximately 6-10 calendar days for Europe and possibly more for other countries. With the DPD Courier, it takes 3-5 days depending on the country.

 

Product return policy

The costumer shall have the right to notify the retailer, in writing, on his purchase renouncement, without penalties and without the need to invoke any reason, within 10 working days of the product received or, in case of service provision, from the agreement signing date.

Upon receiving the package, we insistently recommend to all our clients to carefully verify the products before use. All returned products must be in original package and unused.

We inform you that Mini Mondo Srl shall not be held liable to refund transportation charges. All products shall be returned to our main premise at the customer’s costs and responsibility. Mini Mondo Srl shall not be held liable for lost or delayed products, upon return.

The customer shall be fully refunded the amount paid less the return transportation cost, within maximum 15 days from the date we received the product back.

 

Product replacement policy

In case of replacement, the product shall be checked for availability, and the replacement return cost shall be borne by the client. Any product can be replaced by other products of different sizes, styles or colors, according to their availability on stock. In case of unavailability on stock, should the replacement be a more expensive product, the client shall bear the cost disparity. Any intention to replace a product shall be notified by telephone or e-mail. The products returned for replacement shall be submitted to a quality control at the main premise and after that, the replaced items shall be shipped to the solicitor.
